PC/PBT EXTERNAL SHELL External shell made of polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate alloy. Allows for higher impact resistance in a range of temperatures, higher heat and flame resistance and greater chemical resistance.
HD EPS INTERNAL SHELL + THERMOFORMED PS COVER Expanded polystyrene inner foam shell for all-around impact energy absorption and improved comfort. Covered with thermoformed polystyrene for increased durability of internal shell and easier cleaning.
CLICK-IN SYSTEM Enhanced padding attachment system that quickly secures into place and allows for easy replacement, and removal. Patented system improves padding durability.
DRY+ LINER Multilayered fabric with moisture-wicking technology and exceptionally soft textiles that enhances wearer comfort.
ADAPTIVE FIT SYSTEM Patented size adjustment system that adapts to head shapes to create a personalized, secure fit. Adjusting the double diameter dial allows the ergonomic side wings to cradle the back of the neck while the self-adjusting hinge moves up and down to keep the system in a comfortable and secure position that moves as the wearer moves.
ADJUSTMENT POINTS Additional adjustment points on the chinstrap for a more personalized fit and wearer comfort.
ACRYLIC CHINSTRAP FR Fire-resistant, acrylic chinstrap. Low flammability, non-melting, self-extinguishing with no flame.
QUICK RELEASE FASTENER Fire-resistant fastener that secures chinstrap and helmet to wearer’s head. Extra width enables quick and easy helmet removal with gloved hands.
RING TO HOOK Chinstrap loop that enables the wearer to securely attach the helmet to a harness or other items.
EARMUFF ATTACHMENT SLOT Helmet designed with standard 30 mm EURO slots for attaching KASK hearing protection earmuffs.
